How do I place an order?
You can go to our shop and order as many snack pots or jars as you like. We offer different payment methods as well.
The order, depending on your location, should get to you within 3-5 working days.
You local gym or delicatessen might stock us as well. Check out the list of stockists here (updated soon!).
Why aren't all products of Jake's Boost 100% organic and fair-trade?
We always strive to source the best quality ingredients for our products. However to due short supply and extraordinary pricing we are unable to buy 100% fair-trade or organic ingredients.
Our future commitments include converting all our ingredients to 100% organic.
Why isn't all packaging 100% reyclable or made of recycled material?
We are aiming for 100% recycled and recyclable packaging in the near future and are already looking into different options.
Why do you not use palm oil in your products?
Palm oil is a type of vegetable oil that is derived from the palm fruit. The palm oil industry is linked to major issues such as deforestation, habitat degredation, animal cruelty and indigenous rights abuses in the countries where palm oil is produced. Every hour, the equivalent size of 300 football fields of rainforest are cleared to make way for palm oil production. One animal in particular is suffering: the orangutan, 1000-5000 of them are being killed every year because of the palm oil industry. Jake's Boost is taking a stand against palm oil usage and guarantees that you'll never find it in any of our nut butters or other products.
Payment and Shipping
You can pay via Paypal or credit card and your "made to order" nut butter will arrive at your door after 3-5 working days.
Return and Refund
We can only accept claims for refunds for products bought directly from us that don't meet our high quality standards.
If you have purchased a Jake's Boost product from a store, please return the product directly to that store.
If bought from us, please return the jar by post inlcuding your receipt and complaint.
